Introducing RJ RES

This home is located on the Eastern slopes of Northcote Point. The project underwent a rigorous rebuild and restoration to allow for a large modern extension to the rear with swimming pool and the addition of Master & Guest amenity on a storey above. Garaging and a basement was also added.

We undertook the full specification and design of the interiors for this home including all custom cabinetry for the kitchen, scullery, laundry, bathrooms and living areas. The interior direction was sympathetic to the architecture through the incorporation of shaker panelling and subtle use of colour and natural finishes.

Bronze and metallic detailing carries through with Bankston Architectural hardware and bronze fixtures for the tapware and lighting.

We also undertook the selection of the key furniture pieces, window treatments throughout and styling and accessories.

This is a beautiful forever home for this family.
